What is a 'Save The Date' Card?
This is for your guests or family to diarise the date in advance; your invitations will be sent closer to the wedding date.

May I use my own wording?

What format should the words be supplied in?
Microsoft Word document. E-mail the words as an attachment. Faxed or posted words will incur extra costs.

Do you personalise invitations?
The guest's name can be printed in a matching font; in a contrasting tone or colour at the time the invitations are printed. Alternatively they can be handwritten by our calligraphers or by you after printing.

When must we send the guests' names to be inserted into the invitations in a matching font?
When you receive your proof. Type them in alphabetical order on a Microsoft Word document.

What about timing?
Allow one week for a proof. Three weeks after we have received a signed proof, the invitations will be despatched. Allow extra time for bespoke designs or if we are addressing your envelopes.
Envelopes can only be addressed in a matching font if the envelopes are smooth, not textured.

How can we speed things up?
We offer an express service for an additional charge. Please e-mail or telephone for details.

What about postage costs?
Add £14.50 for UK mainland addresses. Other addresses will be quoted separately.

Do I pay in full when ordering?
50% deposit is payable (non-refundable) with the balance payable when you have proofed your invitation. Any amendments of your own words may incur costs. You can proof and sign it off by fax or mail.

May I order reception stationery later?
Of course. Enjoy your planning!
