The Way it Works
You send for samples and pay £5.00 on-line or by cheque (this will be deducted from stationery orders).
We send you two samples and brochures within a few days.

You fill in forms for the style of invitation you have chosen (see below).
We send you a quote by e-mail or post - same day or next working day.

You send 50% of the deposit by cheque and your wording on a MS Word document.
Allow 3-4 working days. We send you proofs of your invitations.

You sign the proofs and return them with balance of deposit and your guest list if we are filling in names.
Allow 15 working days (longer if bespoke). We e-mail to confirm that you will be there to sign for them. The cards will be sent by courier to arrive before noon the day after despatch.

Wedding Stationery

• Type your wording as you would like it to appear, line-by-line in a word document.
• Guest’s names on invitations: These can be sent after you have seen the proofs. Type guests’ names as they should appear on the invitation, in alphabetical order in a Word document. Please don’t use bullets or tabs to lay out the lists.
• Please e-mail your wording and the guest lists as Word documents. Faxed and posted documents will incur typing costs.
• Once we have designed the layout, it will be sent to you for proofing. The invitations will be despatched 10-15 working days after the proof is signed and the balance is paid in full.
• If you amend your own words it may incur extra costs.

Reception Stationery

The way it works
At least one calendar month before your wedding date
You fill in the order form below.
You ask for a quote based on the number of Menus, Order of Service etc. you require, and a guesstimate of placenames (your rsvp’s might not all be in yet!)
You e-mail the wording for the Menus and Order of Service if applicable.
You post a cheque deposit of approximately 50%
We send you a quotation and your proofs.

You return the proofs with the balance of payment within the week
We begin work on the menus and Order of Service

2-3 weeks before the wedding
You e-mail your list of names and table plan
We complete your reception stationery as soon as possible. We settle the final amount either way if placename quantities have changed slightly.
We send you the stationery by courier.
